This is a 1960s black leather armchair, designed by Folke Jansson and manufactured by SM Wincrantz, which we acquired in the Netherlands.
SM Wincrantz is a Swedish furniture manufacturer.
This piece was designed by the Swedish designer Folke Jansson.
It uses high-quality chrome-tanned leather, with a crackled pattern that mimics cracked leather, serving as an excellent accent.
The legs are made of beautiful, lustrous metal that complements the leather.
Its distinctive feature is a highly designed, rounded silhouette that cradles the body, and combined with the choice of materials, it gives off a sophisticated impression typical of Mid-Century Modern design.
Even simply placed as an interior piece, it has an outstanding presence and elevates the space to a higher level.
Special Notes
There is a repaired hole of about 3cm on the back leather part (Photo 11).
